    Quick & Eco-Friendly Hemming Guide

Love your clothes longer and reduce waste with this simple hemming trick! A perfect hem gives garments a fresh lease on life—no need to replace what just needs a little tweak.

    You’ll Need:
✔ Sewing machine (or needle & thread)
    ✔ Matching thread | Fabric scissors | Pins/clips
✔ Measuring tape | Iron | Seam ripper (optional)

    3-Minute Hemming:
Mark It – Try on the garment, fold to desired length, and pin evenly.

Measure & Trim – Lay flat, mark 1–2 inches above your fold line, and trim excess (leave ½ inch for folding).

Fold & Press – Fold raw edge up ¼ inch, press, then fold again to hide the edge. Iron and pin.

Stitch It – Sew close to the inner fold (machine or hand-sew with a slip stitch).

Final Press – Iron for a crisp, polished finish!

    Planet-Friendly Perks:
    Saves clothes from landfills
Uses minimal resources vs. buying new
    Builds mindful mending skills

Shortcut: No sew? Use iron-on hem tape!

Small stitches = big impact. Keep tailoring, keep treasuring!
